The Challenge

What We Built
We built an automated contract intake pipeline: email/portal ingestion → AI metadata extraction (parties, type, value, dates, jurisdiction) → automatic matter creation in the CMS → practice group routing → client notification — with a review queue for low-confidence extractions and exception handling for non-standard agreements.
